If you purchase a Glad product and are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a product price refund within sixty (60) days from purchase date from our Customer Service Portal by one of the following two methods:

Email: Visit https://glad.ca/contact-us/ and follow the links and instructions to select “something you dislike” provide the required information and include “Glad Guarantee” in the required Comment field and then submit the email.
